Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all personnel and property.
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to alarms and incidents promptly.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents and activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in security or law enforcement is a plus.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
